Book Club

The MCG Book Club reads a selection each month chosen for its Southeast Asian content. Due to the high level of participation, MCG has 2 groups of the Book Club.

Each group meets once a month for its discussion. Each member is asked to host and/or lead a meeting , usually once per year. Leaders provide background information and questions to stimulate the discussion.

There are 10 meetings per year, usually with December and July omitted, attendance at meetings averages at 15 members. Discussions are quite spirited with many new insights gained because of our multi-ethnic backgrounds.
